These units are kept clean and priced reasonable. I felt the grounds were well kept and the security great. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. All this is what I need when I store my personal items. Highly recommended.

Got a credit card statement that had a mysterious $73 charge that the employee said he did not show on his end and didn't look into it further than my unit # account on the computer. Did not take any look into charges incurred on the ramdom day I was slipped with a mystery $73 for no gain to me. I dont like that. I cant get any answers or possible answers to what I was charged extra for on Feb 25th. Overdue comment update: this charge did not get refunded to me on either side: CloverBasin nor my credit card provider, both placed it upon the other to remediate for a refund, therefore, I don't recommend Clover Basin for the online payment system being secure. But, If I can make a positive comment that the facility and units are all very clean and well kept/secure- so I am changing this rating to give them back one star for the grounds and facility maintenance always very well kept. Still, the 2 star takeaway is for my loss of money for something I never had ordered, nor knew of being charged to be using nothing more than my one unit.

Absolute best staff! Patrice was extremely helpful with my uhaul rental, and very kind. Would definitely recommend to whoever needs a uhaul rental! Thanks so much for all the help everyone! It made my move alot less stressful.
